Job Responsibilities

• Business development into new opportunities
• Account management and relationship building with clientele
• Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide search for potential candidates
• Provide professional recruitment/job hunting advice to client and candidates
• Conduct Screening and interviews for candidates
• Posting of online / print advertisements

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in selection banking and banking IT recruitment
• A proven track record with experience within the Singapore market
• Strong end to end recruitment experience
• Experience with candidate mapping and candidate sourcing a prerequisite
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Excellent resourcing skills
• Presentable, multi-tasking, persistence and outgoing
• Energetic, fast paced and persistent
• Able to express and communicate effectively

• Salary: $3000 - $4000 (Negotiable)
