IOC Athlete Career Programme

Launched in 2005, renewed in 2008, the programme is offered by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the National Olympic Committees in co-operation with Adecco Group. It delivers support for:

  • Olympic athletes making the transition from the field of play to the labour market
  • Companies looking to hire employees that will make a difference in their workforce Olympic athletes
