Reservations Support Representative |

You willl be provided with extensive training to enable you to process NWA's global reservations support activities, including pricing all kinds of itineraries, processing schedule changes, accommodating special needs and much more. Working in a new, vibrant, 24/7 environment, you'll have the opportunity to experience the world both in our multi-cultural Business Centre as well as through the use of generous flight benefits on NWA and our partners' global network.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘A’ or ‘O’ Level
• Previous call centre, airline or travel-related customer service experience an advantage
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong willingness to be accurate and attentive to detail
• Patience to solve problems and address anticipated customer needs
• Able to manage goals and performance measurements
• Ability to work flexible schedules including public holidays, weekends and some overnight shifts
• Singaporeans and PRs only

Reservations Sales Agent |
| |
Agents will undertake a 5-week sales training course before being mentored into the Asia customer contact centre. In this role, agents will take calls from customers and travel agents from a number of Asia countries, processing travel needs, frequent flyer requirements and various other requests and activities as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'A' or 'O' Level
• Previous call centre travel-related customer service experience an advantage
• Together with excellent written and spoken English, proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is essential for frequent liaison with parties from Hong Kong, China and Taiwan
• Pleasant and helpful phone manner
• Patience to solve problems and address customer needs as required
• Able to manage goals and performance measurements
• Able to work flexible schedules including some weekends and public holidays
