Job Responsibilities |
- Provide reliable, accurate, and complete forecast to Finance Managers to ensure +/- 2% forecast accuracy.
- Identify opportunity area for improvements / cost reductions based on plan in the forecasts.
- Perform actual proofing for his/her area on monthly basis by working with Global Costing Unit. For this roles, he/she needs to: (A) ensure the actuals are compliance (B) ensure year-end/quarterly accruals in compliance with cost/revenue recognition, (C) provide reconciliation of actual vs. forecast
- Analyze variances to support proofing and come up with improvement and loss elimination recommendations.
- Resolve any actuals issues and propose resolution for on-going improvements.
- Manage Standard Cost and Peg Rates development and update in SAP.
- Deliver some area of Reporting on-timely basis (on top of forecast, actuals, variance analysis)
- Lead on system and work process improvement projects (simplification and standardization) to deliver productivity and cost savings.
- Build basic Financial Capability in non-Finance members via formal and informal training
- Consolidate Forecasts and actual reporting
Job Requirements |
- Minimum Diploma holders with at least 3 – 4 years of Accounting / Finance Background
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Able to handle tight deadlines and fast-paced working environment
- Willing to learn and demonstrate skills to learn quickly new software
- Team player and strong ownership and leadership skills
