Job Responsibilities |
• Day to day support to Operations Executive
• To provide high level of service to customers and strive to exemplify total customer satisfaction
• Assist customers on their enquiries over the telephone and in the store
• Process and ensure enquires are followed through to the satisfaction of the customers
• Handle any other administrative duties assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements |
• Minimum 'O' Levels or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in retail/store or similar role
• Strong customer focus and experience in dealing with customers
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Good team player with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and Public Holidays
