Job Responsibilities |
Job Description :
- repair electric and air tools at customer site
- support training to customer
- installation tools at customer site
- manage service contracts
- report service activities to BLM service manager
- provide report on technical support function to technical support supervisor ie; technical failure report
- support technical Support Supervisor in providing monthly report on technical support problem
Job Requirements |
Requirements;
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related equivalent
- 1 to 2 years experience in technical field service maintaining and repairing industrial air equipment
- high level of customer service through excellent interpersonnal skills and professionalism
- strong mechanical and electrical skills
- computer literate
- good command of spoken and written in English
