|Minimum Qualification Required|
Responsible in providing excellent service to customers by ensuring speedy response to customer feedback & complaints, delivery of orders as per schedule and confirming of accurate selling price.
The position is also responsible for assisting in maintaining up-to date sales forecast and reports, obtaining appropriate specification, and relevant information from customer for new job development, proper invoicing for development cost.
Comply with safety & environmental regulation, prevent pollution & reduce waste of resources.
Coordinate the activities of the OAMs including order placement, price checking against the calculator, reporting, liasing with manufacturinsg on delivery date and addressing programme clashes.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.
- candidate must posses at least a professional Certificate, Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diplomaor Professional Degree in BUSINESS ADMIN / MANAGEMENT
- 1-5 years customer services, business, supply chain or logistic
- 1-5 years experience in LEADERSHIP / TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR
- experience in order to cash processes in SAP environment preferred
- Good communication in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
