Job Responsibilities |
Job Description
• Responsible in providing excellent service to customers by ensuring speedy response to customer feedback & complaints, delivery of orders as per schedule and confirming of accurate selling price.
• The position is also responsible for assisting in maintaining up-to date sales forecast and reports, obtaining appropriate specification, and relevant information from customer for new job development, proper invoicing for development cost.
• Comply with safety & environmental regulation, prevent pollution & reduce waste of resources.
• Coordinate the activities of the OAM’s including order placement, price checking against the calculator, reporting, liasing with manufacturinsg on delivery date and addressing programme clashes.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements |
Requirement:
- candidate must posses at least a professional Certificate, Diploma Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diplomaor Professional Degree in BUSINESS ADMIN / MANAGEMENT
- 1-5 years customer services, business, supply chain or logistic
- 1-5 years experience in LEADERSHIP / TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR
- experience in order to cash processes in SAP environment preferred
- Good communication in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
