Job Responsibilities |
Facilitate and optimized IT Services sales opportunities by providing business and IT technical expertise to acquisition team in pre-sales activities.
Working with internal and external business partners to produce a comprehensive technical solutions and written proposal.
Presenting the product and solution professionally to clients.
Keeing updated with the latest products and technology avaiable in market.
Responsible to assist the acquistion team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies,produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
Act as a point of technical escalation and resolution during project lifecycle as it relates to technical decisions.
Supports IT services delivery to ensure full compliance of SLA,methodologies,and procedures.
Job Requirements |
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree,post graduate diploma,or professional certification in information technology,or equivalent.
Knowledge in Servers,Storage,& Networking Infranstructure.
Possses excellent strategic thinking,problem-solving capabilities,and able to think creatively.
