Job Responsibilities |
- To ensure all purchase (trade/non-trade) material requisition are duly authorized for purchasing executions
- To activate sourcing, negotiation and procurement in accordance to the procedures as required by the company
- To ensure that the purchase orders are authorizes as per QM before distribution
- To prepare purchase order through system ensuring correctness in data entry
- To follow up with vendors to ensure deliveries and terms are met accordingly. To notify the respective parties if there are any changes in contrary to the conditions as stipulated earlier on the PO
- To liaise with Regional Procurement Team on Global Purchase Agreement
- To ensure vendors are properly approved and to liaise with Technical Department to search for new sources for better costing benefit
- To follow up/update of matters related to shipment in SAP, shipping documentation pass to BMS logistic dept on time
- Monitor order and work closely with logistic on the deliveries, clearance and trucking of containers and resolves any problems arising from shipments. Coordinating the movements of incoming ISO/GP at BPM plant
Job Requirements |
- Knowledge in SAP MRP
- Minimun 3 years of related working experience
