Job Responsibilities |
(a) Conduct market research, analyse and survey on latest trends and opportunities for footwear designs locally & internationally and possible ventures.
(b) Draft and co-ordinate merchandise plan to ensure well-timed availability of stock with a mixture of merchandise consisting of various categories of footwear and handbags.
(c)Determine the retail price to ensure optimum sales and profits levels.
(d)Negotiate pricing with suppliers and monitor manufacturing progress and delivery.
(e)Regular review of stocks positions and inventory and inventory to ensure adequate and uninterrupted supply or merchandise.
(f)Conduct regular product training to front line retail staff.
(g)Plan, manage and execute design and direction of the Company’s brands in order to ensure growth in the market share and alignment with brand strategies.
(h)Select, price, present and monitor footwear and handbags ranges.
(i)Co-ordinate with HQ and other subsidiaries regarding products required and feedback on existing range.
(j)Supervise all areas of quality control and review service and products to ensure the highest quality and compliance with standards and regulations.
(k)Visit proprietary outlets regularly to interact with customers and retail personnel to obtain feedback.

Years of Experience : Preferably > 1 yr in Admin/Merchandising or Fresh graduate is acceptable
Qualification : Diploma & above
Skills : Familiar with Ms Office & Ms Excel
Language : Able to speak in Mandarin or Cantonese
