Job Responsibilities |
Frontline to customers
Receive and process bookings and shipping documentation
Coordinating with 3rd party shipping partners to arrange local and International shipments
Handling customer enquiries and troubleshooting
Managing and coordinating door to door shipments
Job Requirements |
Minimum SPM qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in NVOCC import/export operations
Those with 2 years experience in the general shipping industry will be considered
Team player, consistent in quality and reliability
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Problem solving skills
