Job Responsibilities |
- Evaluate customers requirements and provide back-up to the sales personnel, as and when necessary.
- Constantly provide the back-up service to customers to ensure the companys image is maintained.
- Co-ordinate and assist the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain good relation with customers, advise them of companys services and products and ensure prompt services are carry out in timely manner.
- Work collectively with all departments to achieve the defined companys objectives.
- To administer part or the whole of the purchasing function; particularly placing orders with trade suppliers.
- Ensure prompt/effective services are provided to customers and handling their complaints in a timely manner.
- Monitor proper ROL level for effective inventory control of companys stocks.
- Co-ordinate with internal/external customers for effective distribution of trading goods/equipments.
- Assist in preparation of the Price Book.
Job Requirements |
- Minimum working experience in customer service line/ Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- At least a STPM/Diploma holders in any field
