Job Responsibilities |
1. Answering telephone and take messages.
2. In charge of outgoing mails via courier, dispatch and postal services. Also distributes incoming mails to addressee.
3. Apply and maintain registration and licensing with client and authorities and liaisons with them whenever required.
4. Undertake matters pertaining to office maintenance and upgrade.
5. Monitor and distribute the stationery to staff.
6. Monitor the cleaner and tea lady and security guard.
7. Execute the company’s best policies and business as directed and other duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements |
• Minimum SPM
• Preferably 1 year of working experience in related field
• Computer literate, proficient in Ms. Excel
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Hardworking and committed to work
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
