Job Responsibilities |
Co-ordinate the activities of the cheque processing operation team
Streamline work processes to improve efficiency
Provides support to Supervisor in times of absence/need
Assist with training of new staffs and monitor work quality of team members
Provide feedback to Supervisor on performance evaluations of staffs
Troubleshoots technical problems and assists with resolutions where required
Responsible for enquiries and management reporting
Perform data-entry of bank cheque details
Lead the Operations floor of around 20-30 staffs
Job Requirements |
Good banking operations exp preferred
Proven track record of leading a team of around 20 staffs
Able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment
Good typing speed
MUST BE Chinese literate
Able to work long working hours
Min SPM
