Job Responsibilities


JD/Responsibilities of Marketing Executive
Kuala Lumpur Office

(Maternity cover for 3 months from 27 Aug to 23 Nov, 2012)
Note : No potential to convert to permanent position as this is maternity cover


? Provide response to day-to-day support to business tourism enquiries & issues.

? Provide support to Country Marketing Manager, PR Manager & Business Development Manager following up marketing activities roll-outs and trade requests.

? Maintain/update the Customer Profiles and Customer Database for Malaysia.

? Co-ordinate telemarketing to identify potential new travel agent/business tourism leads.

? Co-ordinate sales/project reports for Managers, including meeting arrangements.

? Prepare results from programs for inclusion in monthly reports.

? Co-ordinate information for inclusion in industry presentations by Managers.

? Co-ordinate industry attendance at trade events/road shows/functions.

? Assist Aussie Specialist agents with product information for identified segments.

? Assist in the co-ordinate all other marketing activities for Malaysia as required including consumer activities and PR.

? Maintain product information for trade & consumer requests.

? Maintain all marketing resource materials, including Traveller’s Guides, trade collaterals and publications.

? Provide reception, administrative and project support for Managers as required.

? Control and monitor office files, basic bookkeeping records, slide and video library.

? Provide administrative and financial processing for Malaysia office.

Job Requirements


Requirements :

- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar capacity, prior experience with International companies/MNCs preferred.
- Fast learner, able to work independently as well working for a small team set up to multi-task.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and ability to converse in Mandarin.
